ask an architect '17

It is great to be taking part in ask an architect again this year.  The scheme allows you to get a one hour consultation with a chartered architect for a donation of £40 to The Jill Todd Trust in partnership with Friends of the Cancer Centre.  CAA has just submitted plans for a new dwelling for a client from ask an architect '16.

We are delighted to have been appointed as architect and design team team leader to work with the Ardess Parish Property Trust on the planning of a new community building in Kesh.

Water Tank Approval!

Really pleased to secure approval under PPS21 for the conversion of a disused water service local storage reservoir to a contemporary dwelling for a young family.  Made even better by the comments received from the planning department....

The proposals you have submitted are of a very high quality and standard and show a great understanding of the building and you have managed to indeed secure its upkeep and retention with sensitive intervention.  The overall development of the site too should hopefully further enhance the project.

DUBLIN MEWS APARTMENTS

Planning has been approved for the demolition of an existing 2 storey mews dwelling and construction of a 3 storey apartment build.

NI's first Enerphit Passive House

Our first Passive House project has just acheived official PH Institute certification!  CAA acted as architect and Passive House Consultant on the project.  Not only was it our first PH project but it is also the first Enerphit Passive House to be certified in Northern Ireland...
